I do think that protecting the integrity of trade-marked goods is
important. Would you want your K&N filter to be a cheap Indonesian knock
off that shreds particles into your intake or your Zig-Zags to contain
some carcinogen that may not be discovered for years? Does Zig-Zag deserve
less protection than Rolex or Jordache because their product is consumed
rather than being a durable product?
