[Shotimes] Rattle

Sounds kinda like a sleeve spinning on a shaft?  My green car did it,
and this car did it both before and after the clutch was replaced.
I think it's normal.  I've not been in enough other ones to know if I'm
right or not.  A friend told me that it indeed is the throwout bearing
spinning on the input shaft.  Can somebody confirm if that is correct?
