[Shotimes] Fuel Injector Cleaner

Anyone care to offer any opinions on fuel injector cleaner (use it, don't use it, best kind, etc.)?  My 94 has been running a little rough at idle and hesitates/bucks a little when accelerating.  My gut feeling is that my fuel injectors may be dirty.  I was thinking of dumping some fuel injector cleaner in the next time I fill up, but thought I'd see if anyone knew of any reasons not to do this.
