[Shotimes] Creaky Shifter

The shifter on my car has recently started creaking everytime I start in 
first, also I can feel the shifter being tugged on. It sounds like the noise 
is comming from the black box under the car, and I think the engine is 
tugging the shifter. Is this an engine mount problem or something else?
