Hi All,

I just got done with my 60k (110k actual). I did the following:
1. Replaced radiator and upper and lower hoses.
2. Replaced water pump and CPS.
3. Replaced front crank seal.
4. New timing belt and Acc. Belts.
5. Did valve shim adjustment - replaced with all new shims to spec.
6. Replaced battery cables
7. New thermostat and sending unit.
8. New O2 sensors.
9. Blah, Blah, Blah................

Went to fire it up tonight (entire family waiting for the Yamaha Purr),
No Deal. Need help!!

When I tried to crank it up I had the following symptoms:

1.	All dash (and other) lights functioning.
2.	Fuel pump heard.
3.	When I tried to crank it over it sounded like the starter was
clicking, and I had smoke coming from the front end. (I think starter
but don't know for sure).

I thought maybe my battery was worn down and didn't have enough juice to
turn it over - so I tried jump starting from my wife's car- but no luck.
After several tries the clicking stopped and so did the smoke. The last
few times I tried to start, I heard one click and that was it. No more
smoke either.

I really want to get this thing going and need your guys help - Is my
starter fried? Any help is once again very much appreciated!!
