[Shotimes] '93 MTX 60k done-won't start

I would go through the usual electrical starter system trouble shooting
routine.

Battery - if it's a couple years old moving it around may have shaken crud
off the plates to short out some cells. A bad internal short will keep a car
from jump starting. This happened to me once.

Battery cables - clean, tight, and otherwise in good condition. Are both (-)
ground cable ends clean & tight?

Test starter/relay. Autozone for free.

If all the smoke leaked out of the starter it won't work anymore. ;-)
