First thing is u dont know if it is a starting problem or not since you havent been able to get the starter working correctly.
I agree with the other post about checking your battery connections at the battery and more important ... at the starter.
If this is your first time doing this its not totally impossible that u either missed a starter wire or reversed something in the process.
You should have the smaller starter first the bigger unit. If memory serves me correct ... the smaller units had more connections and are easier to miss wire back up.
Once u get the starter issue resolved and it still doenst start , than look at your engine ground strap that u had to disconnect .. make sure you plugged in your CPS sensor .. and that the CPS sensor was gapped at .030 over.
Engine will start of timing is off but wont run well .. but I doubt its that.
Based on what you did, those are the first things i would look at .... makes sure you reconnected your secondary runner vacumn line and the main vacumn line to the intake. Also check the TPS sensor and MAff sensor. Thats all I can think of what sensors I disconnect to do a 60 k.
makes sure obviously u have the plug wires seated right and in the proper orientation.
123/564 i believe but its in the helms manual.
