[Shotimes] (OT) POP3 mail server software

For my Ebay business, I have a hosting company host my domain and email. 
Now that I have broadband, I was toying with the idea of using a dynamic
DNS service (DynDNS.org) to host my domain and setting up a POP3 email
server at home.  Does anyone have any experience with this?  Also, what's a
good free or low-cost POP3 server to run on Win 2000?
