[Shotimes] Brake Bias Plugs

I don't think I would trust not welding it. The material you will be putting
on the holes will be taking the few thousand PSI of the brake fluid when you
slam on the brakes. If there were a catastrophic failure of the plug, you
will be pumping large amounts of fluid onto the ground.
