As far as the outer tie-rod ends go, they are easy to replace yourself and should run about $20 - $25 each at your local parts store. Replacements will come with grease fittings and should be much better than the stock rubber filled ones.
Wheel bearings will usually make noise if they are bad. Do you get a low humming that varies with the speed of the car?
