[Shotimes] Front 96+ upgrade

I so wish I had the stuff to sandblast or beadblast stuff. If I only didn't
live in an apartment. I was gonna use some black 1200F engine enamel on the
hats and inside the vanes on the rotors when I got finished soaking them.
