I did mine without any help. I had the use of my friends Blackhawk floor jack 
and it was key to doing the job properly. I built a frame to help 
drop/install the subframe and I made a tranny support to help drop/install 
the tranny. The Blackhawk was able to raise and lower in such precise, fine 
increments that lining things up to install both the subframe and tranny was 
very easy.
