[Shotimes] clutch opinions wanted

Well, it doesn't have to be done right away.  I could wait for warmer 
weather
and try it.  I'll have to kick the idea around.  It's just that I know me 
and big
projects, and I have so much other crap to do around here.  I'm not very
reliable.  Just ask my wife.  ; )

Can you find any kind of shelter to do it by yourself? No really special
tools are required; it's just time and labor intensive. I've done mine
twice so far.

I'm needing to have my clutch replaced.  I've talked to a local shop

it.  A guy here at work who used to have an SHO had his done there and

had problems with the work.  So I'm pretty confident they can do the

My dilemma is whether I get the parts from them, or from shonut. 
Obviously, all
the parts will be cheaper from shonut, but the shop will not guarantee
the 
work.
If I was only talking about $50 or so, I wouldn't really worry too much

about
it.  But the price difference will be quite a bit.

The complete clutch kit from Josh, including seals and gaskets, along
with 
the
ceramic coated throwout bearing and release bushing, will be right
under 
$400.
The shop charges a little more than that for just the clutch, pressure

plate, and
throwout bearing.  All the other little seals and bushings would be
more. 
There
probably would be well over $100 difference in price for parts.

So, do I buy the parts from Josh and get no warranty, and hope there's
no
problems after the install?  Or do I pony up the extra money and get
the
guarantee, but miss out on the upgraded ceramic coated parts?
