[Shotimes] blinker fluid

Ok, maybe it's just that my other cars were old, but I don't remember needing 
blinker fluid. I looked around and can't find anything about it in the 
manual, can you guys tell me where the fill cap for it is? And how often does 
it have to be changed? Also, can I just deflate the spare tire and then 
re-fill it or do you have to spin it while you're doing it to rotate the air? 
I tried spinning it but the chord got tangled up, any other ways? Thanks in
