Al,
I'm with Joe on this one - emphasize the convertible, the short wheelbase,
AND the fact that it's a Taurus. If you change the easily recognizable
Taurus features, i.e. the nose and the tail, the average person won't
recognize it as what it really is - unless that's your goal.
I think it would get more attention if it makes people say, "Hey, I didn't
know Ford made a 2-door Taurus or a 2-door Taurus convertible!!" But, if
they don't recognize it they might say, "What the hell is it?!?!" (old
Steve Martin/Bill Murray skit from SNL).
My .02, but it's your car - do what you want. :^)
