[Shotimes] Cooling Issues

Mine is the same way. I've gotten in the habit of hitting the defrost button
for a second to trigger the fan, then back to vent before the A/C compressor
kicks in. Once I get the LPM / ECC CPU issues sorted out, that will be taken
care of by Ted's programming. Its funny cause my 95 SE with a 3.0 never
really moves and the fan only kicks in when stopped, but the temp gauge
moves maybe 1/2 a letter and then it kicks in.
