[Shotimes] Question On Suspension

I have Koni's and Eibachs on my 89 SHO right now and i must say i am not very impressed with them (after driving them for 8000 miles)........Something isnt correct. My driver's side front wheel is leaning a bit and i cannot correct it. I do beleive good OLD G.F. had a similar problem and suggested adding washers to the Power Steering rack. Is this so? Can you elaborate at all? I just want to understand this.

PLUS: I get a knock sound in the rear of my vehicle, i was thinking it was the strut mount but im not sure. PLease, any assistance would be great.
