I have never swapped the entire EATC unit but I swapped the "face plate"
with the newer buttons for my old cracked one. When doing this I used the
face plate from a Gen II to put in my 91. I had to make several
modifications. The buttons themselves are larger than Gen I and the rear of
the buttons are of a slightly different design. The color is also slightly
different. After a few hours work I am pleased with the results. I have
had it in the 91 since last year and all is working fine. Finally NO cracked
buttons.
Thanks,
David
