You can get the calipers/pads/brackets from http://www.discbrakesrus.com/.
You can usually get Cobra rotors off EBAY.  You will have to have a machine
shop drill the bolt pattern for you though.

I have heard that Baer  http://www.baer.com/ now offers a kit for the SHO
with the proper bolt pattern, but have not verified this.
