OK, so I don't need to spend $20 on a carbide drill and manifold studs &
nuts, I can sell my $Ron Porter 275K 2,500 sq/ft home plus an 1,100 sq/ft
walkout basement on a 1/2 acre lot, and buy the same home for $1.2-1.5
million, plus put up with all of the f**ked up politics in CA?

I think I'm willing to lay on my back with a drill and go through that BS
again, thank you very much!!

FWIW, I can get CA weather in other states without the CA BS. Yes, I know
about it, my brother lives in Irvine.

Or, of course, you could move to CA; George and I don't even use PB whatever
;-)
