OK....you're one SHOTimer that hasn't met me or the Lowrider yet.

Take a look at the things I am putting on/in the car that I listed there......do you
REALLY think I would drag race a car equipped like that, especially with the SR71B
in the next lane over....!!?? I'm talking about a custom home-made wood console,
with GPS/DVD installed, and two heavy power-amps in the trunk driving 9 speakers.
Not particularly desirable for the dragstrip.

How do you think Lowrider went 263,000 miles on one engine with two tune ups, no
tranny work, one radiator, 4 thermostats, the normal amount of clutches, two pair of
stock front rotors (after the warranty ran out and I started putting 'good' ones on
it), 4 sets of tires, one paint job, and never ONCE gave me a CE light or ever even
stuttered, much less quit, overheated, blew front wheel bearings, tossed shims, or
did any of the other things so many of these other SHOs do?

I take care of my cars, and they take care of me. It has NEVER been on a drag
strip, and NONE of my SHOs ever will be on one.

I build them for the road, the track, and the LONG way home.
