I'd like to know if anyone can explain this article that I recently found
while searching for miscellaneous SHO stuff...  It seems, rather odd
considering that it's the only thing I've seen ANYWHERE like it and there
hasn't been ANY information posted here even mentioning it.  The following
lines are from the article, to whet your confusion more.
