I was bringing up the fact that saying DOHC and Four-Cam for a V6 is
redundant.

One reason I copied the Tech List is that I don not believe there are, nor
have ever been, any n/a SHOs with over 300 crank HP. Although if I'm wrong,
there's folks out there with better memories than I!!

Ron,

What's wrong with "Four Cam-Four Valve DOHC" SHO Motor!!" ?
That is what they are, we just don't say it that way much.

There are cars out there pushing those type of numbers with
blowers, and I think there have been documented cars with
300+ hp without a power adder/blower/NOS/turbo.

Anyone have any facts on what Ted ever got accomplished with
his car?

About the street rod, there is an old Ford in the Peoria
area that has a SHO driveline, but I never heard any claims
for power for it, it was made for a handicapped person I
believe with ramp and room for his wheelchair in the drivers
position.

ONe of these days I am going to catch that car at a local
show and get some pictures and a ride.

I can look past some of the BS and filter out the good
stuff. Got to do that a lot in life. If I lost total faith
in everyone or everything that ever let me down, it would be
a lot less interesting life for sure. :)
