[Shotimes] headers

One of the cars we built this winter has headers on it. It's a 3.2
conversion with 3.0 cams and Shawn Paisley's old headers. The low end
torque is noticably low. From a stop, if you accelerate normally, at about
3000 rpms the car feels like you pushed the pedal down further. It just
kind of hops forward. I have been tinkering with the idea of making them,
but after putting them in, I'm not sure this is something the home mechanic
can do. It's a very labor intensive job, and even when you do it right, you
still have to be a contortionist to get the front header on.

The first time you have to remove your oil pan, you will start crying like a
child.

Definetly something worthwhile, but not sure I would spend $500 or more on a
set.

The car in question is a road track car, so the headers fit the application
very well.
