Kirk,

With the limited amount of shims available, you may not be 
able to get that precise.

Theory is that if you tighten the gap, you will get a bit 
more lift and maybe duration, and that could help a tiny 
bit.  Doubtfull that you could measure it.

I would shoot for the middle or low middle and just try to 
get close.
