[Shotimes] Replaced much of front end... still get **CRUNCH**

Wheel balancing shoouldn't effect the ride in any physical condition other then vibrations/shakes
at certain speeds. When you say bad wheel hop, do you mean during hard acceleration? Over bumps?
Please try to specify the condition the best you can.
