Nah, today's savvy spammer gets around key word filters by interspersing punctuation, using umlauts, being cryptic (renovate your downstairs, wink wink), etc.  My favorites are the ones that promise you something to stop spam!

Norton Internet Security stops tons of stuff. All you need to do to stop spam is to have a filter
w/ most of the stupid subject lines you get or mass-mailers getting booted. Kinda like filtering
the SHOtimes list posts by filtering the [Shotimes] in the subject line. SBC Yahoo offers a bulk
folder, in which it dumps all the spam in there for you. it's great.
