Many , mnay years ago .. when i had the prototype S/C from doug lewis ... I would gather .. over a period of 3 years ... with several blown motors ( 5 in all )and all various reasons ... I would say my original 91 SHO ( now being  .. nah .. wont go there   )was pretty dam close to $50 k

Just the one motor with the first blower was about $8900 ... ( also in the bill it included lots of other stuff too ).

And .. ya .. for $50 k ... u get one hell of a nice SHO ... :)
