[Shotimes] Quill Sleeve Retaining compound?

After watching Josh's video and seeing him use a liberal amount of some
number loctite retaining compound on the quill tube, and finding out I need
to do the same on my 93 winter car, I'm left with a single question.
 
Anyone know which retaining compound I should use? Is there a particular one
that anyone would recommend?
