One carry over that we sssumed happened:::::::::::: that the battery terminal cables are the same diameter from Gen I to Gen II..................did not,

They are not the same diameter.
Recently purchased a haeavy duty screw on cable lead sleeve that screws in and the '92 took hers on smoothly,,,,,,,,,,the '91 is much bigger and will not fit the customized inlet.
 
Didn't know, and wonder what implications there are regarding conductance and capacity.
