[Shotimes] Wierd Steering problem

Tie rods are easy to inspect.

Just raise the wheel of the ground, grab it at 3 and 9 o'clock and see if
you can move it.

If you get movement, be sure that you check for movement in both the inner
and outer joints.  A bad inner is easily masked by a bad outer.
