[Shotimes] keyless entry on 94 and 95 Tauri

I am thinking that the keypad was a prerequisite for the remote at the OEM
level and that the dealers ordered them without inorder to increase profit
by charging $300 bucks for the remote when in fact it only cost them $75 in
parts and 10 minutes of labor to add the remote only.
