[Shotimes] Steering wheel/column possible electrical problems

Sounds like the clockspring under the airbag is dirty.  They put some sort
of grease on it during assembly and it gums up over the years.  You'll need
to pull the wheel and airbag, then you will see what I am talking about.
Its possible one of the fingers are broken, but probably not.  Clean
everything with alcohol, and a pencil eraser to finish.  Take care of the
wires.
