[Shotimes] uncontrolled idle

Last Monday, the '95MTX started running poorly.

Like, no power, poor idle control, etc.

I threw in a set on new plugs (Autolite #AAP 3924, they look the same as the
Motocraft #AGSP 32PP's that came out, are they?) and a set on new OEM wires.
Noticed that there was no oil in the plug wells. Also put on a newer and
clean IAB valve and cleaned the trottle body. And also, just on general
principles, I swapped the TPSensor, also newer. Cleaned the 80mm MAF & air
cleaner.

Well it runs a lot better now, but still has a real fast idle. It is still
strong as ever on WOT and @ hiway speeds. On start, the idle runs up to
2500 or so, and when cold will hardly ever come down below 1800. Pulses up
and down. Off the gas, it even pluses from hiway cruise. When hot, the
idle is down a bit, but it still pulses. The speed sensor is OK because the
cruise control still works fine.

Ran codes: 412 - "cannot control high rpm" ??
511- caused by my LPM
536 - "BOO Circut failure" ?? What is the BOO ?
538 - Dynamic... I didn't mash the gas enough
539 -A/C... And yes, I didn't turn off the A/C

Help! Don't what sensor to replace next. Or is it maybe a leaking
injector? If so, how do I run the cylinder balance test?
