Pull the hub
Go to a press
Flip unit upside down
Press out hub
Remove clip ring  (eye protection required)
Flip over
Press bearing out

To install do the reverse

Because I fear Ron Childs, and what he stands for, I have a SHO related
question.

What is involved in changing a front wheel bearing?  Does just the hub
come
off by itself?  Or do you have to tear the whole thing apart?  I knew I
should
have replaced them when I did the front end this summer.
