Yeah, and really have your handling go to hell!!

Generally, not going up more than one rim size is a good idea, and
suspension setups can get dicey. It believe it's safe to say that, unless
you have a full track car with very limited suspension travel, 18" wheels
will be a "looks" thing and will not perform as well as 16" or 17".
