Kerby,

Some of us aren't wimps, but just can't figure out how to
drive two cars at once! :)

Jan and I enjoy travelling together so much we don't want to
drive two cars that long of a distance. Wisconsin was a
four hour trip, so that wasn't so bad with FRS and CB to
keep us "connected".

So I want to ship my '89 out for use on Thunderhill and
drive the '96 out and back, since it is such a wonderful
highway car.

We never ever considered flying, but some people will,
because they just can't take that much time off.

BTW, will your caravan take 66 all the way to LA then back
up 1 to SF? Jan and I were going to go that route, but we
decided to do a Northern caravan and then come back via
Route 66.

Be sure to get your caravan instructions to me ASAP if you
have them ready, so we can post them on the web site. My
son Ken usually organizes and posts this info with a map for
others to use to plan their trip.

One thought was for the Southern group to come up to I-80 so
we could have a HUGE caravan entering the hotel. Consider
that. I was part of a 150 car caravan one year going to the
Impala nationals. No possibility of going fast, but it was
more fun than you can imagine having cars you love as far as
the eye could see, with everyone being able to relax and
enjoy the trip.
