[Shotimes] slow window

It's probably not the motor.  You probably just need some fresh new grease
on the bar, where the linkage arm slides along the groove in the window bar.

This is a common problem on older cars, grease dries up and isn't effective.
I've had to re-grease my sunroof tracks, my window tracks, etc.
