[Shotimes] Synchro rings

rings or synchro's?  the blocker rings are still available, and as long as
the synchro hubs haven't worn out, and the slider tabs and locating rings
and such are still there, you can re-use them.  the rings are the wear
items, the friction elements that do all the work
