Bob Gervais and I talked with the owner of that car on Saturday.  The C55
AMG does exist in Europe but very few are in North America.  That car is not
original, rather he bought the motor out of one of the E55 AMG pace cars
that are used in one of the European touring car racing series, then raided
the MB parts bin to get it into his C-Class body.  Car was originally a
C430.  Tough life when your v8  C-Class isn't quite fast enough.
Unfortunately Ron, no Kompressor on that car, its the older AMG motor so its
naturally aspirated...just takes a little while for him to get that freight
train moving.
