[Shotimes] Brake Pads revisited

Running them in the rear, especially if you still have the functioning
proportioning valve, won't show you much. For that matter (if you still have
a functioning valve), pull the pads in the rear out entirely and see if you
notice anything different.
I wouldn't call them "better" than stock at all, since the stock Ford pads
are pretty good. They are quieter and dust less, but that does not mean
"better" to me.

I have been running the Raybestos Quiet Stop Ceramic pads only on the
rear, for about a year now. No noise, no dust, shouldn't have heat
issues. I have heard others say they are a little slippery (low friction
coefficient) compared to the other hi-perf pads. I can't really comment
on that since I don't have them on the front, I use the Porterfield R4S
there. At least it's not enough to foul up my brake balance. The rear 94
pads are just sooo small, I had to put something decent back there,
better than stock.
You might be the best one to comment:
Have you noticed it takes any more pedal pressure than before?
Then get them hot, & see if it changes /fades (3 x 60-0 stops.)
I'd like to hear what you find.
