[Shotimes] end link bushings

As I was poking around the rear suspension of my car last night
trying to track down a suspicious noise, I happened to notice that
my sway bar end link bushings appear to be some material harder
than rubber, and also blue in color.  Could these be the infamous
TPR bushings?  The sway bar bushings themselves are still the
worn out rubber, so I find it suspect that somebody would have
upgraded just the end link bushings to poly or some sort.
