[Shotimes] removing door panels

Ahhhh...you're taxing my memory now.  It seems like I had to slide the
panel straight up to remove it but I can't be a 100% sure.  It's been a few
beers..er...years since I removed them.

I got those out ok.  It's at the top, where the panel hooks over the sill
of the door, that I couldn't get it free.  I've done it before, but can't
remember how it worked.  I was pulling on it pretty hard, and figured
I'd better stop before I hear a crack.
