Or just thicker hats.  The problem would be the same with Brembo's or AP,
etc.  When you try to hang 2 (or 3) pistons between the rotor and wheel
spokes, you only got so much room!

I think Wilwood just came out with a new thinner caliper line, remember Todd
saying something about it.  Not sure if he's test fitted anything yet
though.

Would be nice to be able to use a std hat thickness, keep the wheel
hubcentric, and still fit the wide multi piston calipers in there.  Finding
wheels with good spoke to caliper clearance are a must, and frankly the
whole set-up (calipers/rotors/wheels, etc) one has in mind needs to be
assembled carefully with lots of research.  With aftermarket parts that vary
that far from OEM size/specs, it's easy to run into problems unless you
measure everything up and do lots of homework.  And you want to keep things
as "open" as possible for max cooling.
