[Shotimes] Emissions Test ??? Help !!

As a guess, the original 02s are old, plugs and wires will definitely help,
also the cats are getting old.  Mine were marginal at 140K miles, exhaust
leaks can be a problem, not necessarily.  This is one of those things were
you can either fix everything, or try one thing at a time and retest.  NAPA
makes a donut thats $8-9 although don't have a PN right now.  Also sometimes
the fuel additive works.  How much does it cost to retest?
