[Shotimes] Emissions Test ??? Help !!

 It could be. It tales very few misfires or partial misfires to raise the
emissions. I would follow the advice about getting codes first. Also make
sure the car is hot and I would add a 1/2 gal of alcohol in the tank before
taking another test. If you still fail I think a catalytic converter might
be a suspect?

I don't remember now: Did you have the SPOUT plug pulled for the last test?
