[Shotimes] lighted buttons not lit

My factory cd player has some buttons that are not lit up.  Before I
open it up, I just want to confirm what I surmise to be the problem.
I'm guessing there are small light bulbs in there that project through
fiber optics or "fiber optic-like devices" that light up the buttons.
I'm guessing one of the bulbs burned out.  Are they a pain in the
you-know-what to get to?  Especially if you have big ham hands?
Is the Ford dealer the only place to get replacements?
