[Shotimes] No Rear Brakes?

The valve is pretty bulletproof. I would suspect the rubber brake lines
being the problem before I would suspect the valve. Or even the slider pins
being frozen.

If it is the valve how would I go about testing it? It looks visually
sound but is there some way to verify that the valve is working. As I
said the front two brakes work but both rear ones don't work. The car
is located in WI and has sat for a couple of years.

All the light means is that the ABS is disabled. Has no effect on the
brakes at all.
