[Shotimes] No Rear Brakes?

 Try to bleed the brakes. The fluid needs changed anyway. If you can't get
any fluid or only a small amount, then your hoses or valve is restricting
the fluid. Your rear brake hoses are most likely at least partially
collapsed. To further figure it out then remove the steel brake line from
the rubber line and see if it's any easier to get brake fluid out. Remember
to jack up the drivers side rear spindle to allow the valve to be open the
maximum amount.
