[Shotimes] Surging/Power Loss

 First pull several or all of your spark plug wires and look for water
and/or oil in the plug wells. Do you clean or wash the engine any? What my
guess is after the car gets hot the containments boil off and away from the
plug. Then when cold all the crud condenses around the plug again. How old
are the plugs and the wires?
